Control Union (UK) would like to congratulate Dongwon Industries for achieving certification of their Pan Pacific tuna longline fishery

The fishery’s key strengths are the abundance of the yellowfin, bigeye and albacore tuna stocks and the well-documented management procedures at both national and international level.

Yellowfin, bigeye and albacore tuna caught by the UoAs are now able to be sold under the MSC fishery certificate for five years provided annual audits are met.
