RFVS – Responsible Fishing Vessel Standard

Control Union UK offers Responsible Fishing Vessel Standard (RFVS) certification, a fishing vessel-based program certifying high standards of vessels management and safety systems including crew rights, safety and well being. It is one of the few vessel level certification program available on a global scale.

ASC-MSC Seaweed (Algae) Standard

ASC-MSC Seaweed (Algae) Standard

The ASC and MSC have jointly developed this standard to reward sustainable seaweed production and provide a benchmark for improvement. Certified companies are actively minimising their impact on the surrounding natural environment, as well as operating in a socially responsible manner whereby they are caring for their employees, working with the local community, and acting as conscientious neighbours. Control Union UK is accredited by ASI (Assurance Services International) for the ASC-MSC Seaweed (Algae) programme.
